1. New Zealand Shipping

We currently ship orders within New Zealand.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays and other circumstances outside our control.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offer will be shown on our website or at checkout.

3. Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Cauli Cartel is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. We will, however, do our best to assist if your order is delayed or cannot be located.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been collected by the courier.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We may ask for your order number and tracking information so we can investigate the delivery with the courier.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
